IOMAS has an extensive library of books and magazines which relate to adoption and children’s early life experiences. They range from books for toddlers, to personal stories about a number of aspects of adoption and to workbooks with activities for children wanting to explore their pasts. We also have a range of more academic books looking at attachment, child development, loss, contact and reunion.
Most of these are available to borrow for up to a month at a time. Please give us a ring if you would like to call in and browse. One of us will be happy to advise you if you have a particular area of interest.
