About IOMAS - Compliments, comments & complaints
We are always keen to receive feedback from anyone who is using, or has used, any of our services.

If you have any comments (or indeed compliments) you would like to make about the agency, please contact us either in writing (addressed to the Agency Manager or Chair of Directors at our office address), phone or email. Perhaps you might like to write a short piece for use in our Annual Report.

Sometimes, however, we get it wrong. In these instances it is important that we know what has happened and the impact this has had on you. We want to be able to resolve whatever the issue is before relationships between us are badly damaged. If you have a complaint, please discuss it first with your social worker.

If it is not possible to resolve your concerns this way, then do please contact the Agency Manager to discuss your concerns, and where appropriate put your complaint in writing.
The majority of complaints can be resolved at one of these two stages.

In the event that there is still no resolution, you can then complain in writing to the Chair of Directors, and institute the formal complaints procedure. Copies of our complaints procedure are available from IOMAS.
